About our chicken salt

We make our chicken salt like Peter Brinkworth used to, back in the 70’s. It’s super-strong and full of flavour. None of the weak and tasteless supermarket stuff!

Oh, and we make no bones about the fact our chicken salt contains actual chicken (chicken bouillon) and monosodium glutamate. Because that’s how it should be, buddy! No chook and no MSG = no flavour.

If it doesn’t taste epic, guess what? We’re not going to sell it!

    Heard about this on Saturday Kitchen, got some to try and not disappointed. Used sparingly (it’s strong), you can pep up the blandest of ingredients. Makes potato wedges sing like a rock band, great to pep up bacon. 11/10.
