It’s the essence of food markets in a bottle and was inspired by the utterly gorgeous Union Market in Washington DC. Oniony, elegant, crunchy and salty, you can use this blend during cooking or as a finishing sprinkle. It has an incredibly coarse but light texture and will liven up almost anything.

Seafood, chicken, vegetables, eggs, potatoes, salads, bakes & quiches, pies, pizza, soup, toasties, salad dressings, whatever. Mix it into some sour cream or yoghurt and you have a delicious dip. It’s an excellent all-rounder.
